  • Le traitement par édition génique, administré au foie, désactive le gène ANGPTL3 chez les patients atteints de troubles lipidiques résistants aux médicaments qui n'avaient pas répondu aux statines ou à d'autres traitements.
  • Un essai de phase 1b est en cours avec des résultats attendus plus tard en 2026, et la FDA a recommandé de surveiller les participants pendant 15 ans.
