  • En studie fra University College London av 3 556 britiske voksne fant at kunstengasjement bremset biologisk aldring i et tempo som kan sammenlignes med fysisk trening, ifølge resultater publisert søndag.
  • Ukentlige deltakere virket omtrent ett år biologisk yngre, og effektene var sterkest blant voksne over 40 år, sa forskerne.
