bloomberg+1learn.g2learn.g2Salesforce set an ambitious long-term revenue target of more than $63 billion for fiscal year 2030 during its annual Dreamforce conference in San Francisco this week, surpassing Wall Street expectations as the company bet heavily on artificial intelligence to drive its next phase of growth.
Robin Washington, Salesforce's chief operating and financial officer, disclosed the fiscal 2030 revenue target on Wednesday during a session with analysts and investors, according to Bloomberg. The projection exceeds the $61.4 billion analyst consensus compiled by Bloomberg and the $59.2 billion estimate polled by LSEG. The outlook includes revenue from Salesforce's acquisition of Informatica, completed last November.bloomberg+1
CEO Marc Benioff called the moment pivotal for enterprise technology. "There's certain moments in our industry where everything is changing," Benioff said at the conference.gate
The centerpiece of Benioff's keynote on Monday was AIforce, a new interface layer that brings Salesforce's data, applications, agents, and enterprise intelligence together without requiring users to navigate traditional application screens. Rather than a fixed system of layouts and fields, AIforce lets users compose customized live interfaces on the fly inside platforms like Slack, Claude, and Coworker.learn.g2+1
"And now for the first time we're talking about this, a live interface on Salesforce, unlocking this trap value, finding the patterns across all your data, getting answers in seconds, not days," Benioff said during the keynote.learn.g2
Salesforce also introduced Koa, its first CRM reasoning model, built in collaboration with Nvidia on the Nemotron family of large language models. The model is purpose-built for complex, multistep enterprise workflows and was post-trained on synthetic data to avoid using actual customer information. Salesforce says Koa matches or outperforms leading models on CRM tasks with three times fewer errors.indianexpress+2
In a move to neutralize the threat of AI tools displacing traditional CRM, Salesforce expanded its partnership with Anthropic through an upgraded Claudeforce offering, which allows companies to use Claude as their AI interface while data remains in Salesforce's system of record. The company also deepened collaborations with Google Cloud Alphabet Inc. and Amazon Web Services Amazon.com, Inc. .synconai+1
Salesforce additionally announced the Enterprise AI Harness, a composable architecture spanning context, agency, action, governance, security, and models, and revealed a partnership with Air India to deploy AI agents for tasks including refund processing and ticket reissuing.indianexpress+1
Benioff claimed that Salesforce's own Hunter AI agent generated $500 million in pipeline last quarter, a figure he said would represent a $2 billion annualized run rate — though pipeline is not revenue, and conversion details were not disclosed.learn.g2
