WestJet flight attendants strike, grounding 309 flights on busy summer weekend

Flight attendants at WestJet Onex Corporation walked off the job early Sunday after nearly 11 months of contract negotiations with Canada's second-largest airline collapsed, grounding hundreds of flights during one of the country's busiest travel weekends.
