Nine European nations form missile defense coalition with Ukraine

Nine European nations and Ukraine on Monday announced the formation of an integrated anti-ballistic missile coalition aimed at developing "purely defensive" capabilities to counter ballistic missile threats, in what represents a major step toward building a continent-wide missile shield.
