  • Meta Platforms käynnisti maanantaina noin 35 miljardin dollarin osakeannin, joka koostuu kanta- ja vaihdettavista etuoikeutetuista osakkeista tekoälylaajentumisen rahoittamiseksi.
  • Sopimus sisältää 22,5 miljardia dollaria A-sarjan osakkeita termiinisopimusten kautta ja 12,5 miljardia dollaria vaihdettavia etuoikeutettuja osakkeita.
