wsj+1unnunnLeonid Radvinsky, the Ukrainian-American entrepreneur who owned OnlyFans, received more than $700 million in dividends from the platform's parent company before his death from cancer earlier this year, according to annual accounts filed in the United Kingdom this week.
Fenix International, the British parent company of OnlyFans, paid Radvinsky $535 million in dividends for the fiscal year ending November 30, 2025, up from $497 million the prior year, according to the Financial Times. An additional $174 million was paid in several installments after the financial year ended, bringing total dividends to over $700 million before Radvinsky's death in the spring.wsj+1
The payouts came from a company that employed just 47 people yet generated $1.6 billion in revenue for the year — a 10 percent increase — and pretax profit of $715 million, up 5 percent from the prior period.unn
Radvinsky's death preceded the sale of a 16 percent stake in OnlyFans to San Francisco-based private investment firm Architect Capital in April for $535 million, giving the company a valuation of $3.2 billion. Some Wall Street advisers considered the valuation low for such a profitable business, attributing the discount to investors' reluctance to be associated with a platform known primarily for adult content.unn
The company is now controlled by a family trust headed by Kateryna Chudnovska, Radvinsky's widow.unn
OnlyFans, which marks its tenth anniversary this year after being founded in 2016 by British entrepreneur Tim Stokely, saw creator accounts grow 9 percent to 5 million and fan accounts increase 16 percent to 437 million in the latest fiscal year. Creators were paid approximately $6.2 billion after OnlyFans took its 20 percent cut, bringing total creator payouts since founding to more than $30 billion.unn
The United States remains the platform's largest market, generating $965 million in revenue, followed by the UK and Europe at $347 million. CEO Keily Blair said the company has paid more than £600 million in corporate taxes in the UK since 2016.unn
