  • Suspected Chinese hackers deployed up to eight autonomous AI agents that breached Taiwanese government websites over four days in early July, according to Dream.
  • The tool, built on open-source frameworks Hermes and OpenClaw, extracted over 2,500 personnel records and expanded to Taiwan's nuclear safety agency.
  • Dream's chief strategy officer called it the first "end-to-end autonomous attack" on a government, saying nations must now assume permanent cyber siege.
